Nothing Warms the Heart Like Holiday Music

Whether it’s on our doorsteps, in our homes, or on fantastic and beautiful stages like the one we photographed last Saturday at United Methodist Church, holiday music is the perfect soundtrack to the holiday season. We were lucky enough to recently photograph the Boulder Chorale’s performance of holiday classics, with voices filling the church from singers as young as 5 and up.

The Boulder Chorale is Boulder’s oldest chorus with more than 200 members and educational programs to teach the next generation of singers the value of all music — from Bluegrass to Baroque, traditional African songs and contemporary arrangements.

Since we’re all in a celebration spirit, the arrangement we heard set a serene holiday scene that we all could enjoy. No matter what we celebrate this season, we love holiday music for its ability to bring us all together.
