Do you specialize in Corporate Event Photography?
Yes. Photography G has specialized in event photography for commercial businesses and organizations for over 25 years. While we offer an array of photography services at our Denver studio including business and personal portraits as well as wedding and special events, our main focus centers on corporate photography.

Are you able to shoot large events?
Yes, Photography G is equipped to handle large venues or events with simultaneous breakout sessions. Often multiple breakout sessions can be covered by one shooter who unobtrusively pops in and out of concurrent sessions. But we are also able to staff events with multiple photographers when needed.
During your in-person or over-the-phone consultation, we will discuss the specific details of your event and determine how many shooters will be necessary to achieve the coverage you’re looking for.
What if the lighting at my event is poor?
We are well versed in dealing with poor lighting often associated with convention centers and meeting venue ballrooms. In the case where there isn’t good stage lighting or to capture guests in the crowd, our unobtrusive flash technique always assures people are photographed, perfectly lit. Ask to see samples!
Are you willing to travel for an event?
We love to travel! Specializing in corporate event photography, we are often required to travel to different venues and cities nationwide. Give us a call to discuss your event needs.
How quickly will we get our images?
Typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days. We provide a company URL to an online gallery to view edited images and download high and/or web size images. Images can be downloaded individually or the entire gallery at once for your archives. Rush turnaround is available as is delivery of select daily images for social media.
Do we have full commercial rights of the images you take?
You receive unlimited and exclusive usage of the images from your event. With your permission, we may use a few of your event photos on our social media or website.
Do you carry professional liability and equipment insurance?
We meet all insurance requirements and are happy to provide a certificate of insurance if your venue requires it.
What are your Pricing & Packages?
Every event is unique. Send us your project details for a custom quote/RFP.
Once we have established your needs, we will provide a turn key package quote which will include time, talent, travel expenses, image editing/corrections, and usage rights as well as an online gallery to view or download images and to purchase professional quality prints if desired.
Discounts are available for multi-day events and additional photographers.
